Articles for publication should be written in English Language and must not have been published or undergoing review for publication elsewhere. Such full papers shall not be more than fifteen (15) pages, including abstracts and references. All articles should be typed in double line spacing and on one side of A4 paper. The types should be in Times New Roman font size 12. .

Abstracts should have a minimum of three keywords and should not be more than two hundred and fifty (250) words. Citations from books, journals or online sources, either in the body of the work or in the reference list should be done according to the current edition of American Psychological Association (APA) referencing style.

A non-refundablefee of N5000 will be paid being processing fee. All accepted papers for publication shall be returned after necessary corrections are effected through email address with the sum of N15,000 being publication fee .
